Overview:

Advance your Special Effects skills with this intensive Prosthetics – Flat Mould workshop, designed for artists ready to move from basic on-skin effects into three-dimensional prosthetic work.
This hands-on training introduces the core techniques of sculpting, mould making and prosthetic application. You will learn how to create realistic prosthetic pieces from scratch and seamlessly integrate them onto the skin.
With a strong focus on anatomy, material handling, texture creation and colour detailing, this workshop helps you achieve professional-level results with precision and realism.

A structured blend of product knowledge, guided demonstrations and hands-on practical sessions, with personalised feedback and corrections.

Workshop Availability

• Workshops are conducted subject to a minimum of two confirmed attendees.
• Limited participants – first come, first serve basis.
• To confirm your seat, a non-refundable advance payment of ₹3,000 is required.
• If the workshop does not meet the minimum requirement, you may opt to join the waiting list by sharing your details, workshop title, and preferred date(s).
• You will be contacted once the minimum number of participants is reached and confirmation can be issued.
• If you have booked and are the sole attendee for a scheduled workshop, you will be informed at least one week prior to the course date.


Additional Information

Do I need to bring anything?
All tools, brushes, and products (including SFX lab materials for practice) will be provided. We do recommend bringing an old T-shirt or an apron… creativity can get a little messy!

Will a model be provided?
Models are not provided. Participants may work on themselves or bring a model for practical sessions.

Where will the training be conducted?
The workshop will be conducted in a state-of-the-art SFX lab in Chennai, fully equipped with professional tools, equipment, and materials required for training.

Is accommodation provided?
Accommodation is not included. Participants travelling from outside Chennai are required to arrange their own stay. Information on nearby accommodation options can be provided upon request.


Certification

A certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the workshop.
