Our Courses

1. On-Skin Effects - Realistic Injury & Trauma Makeup

Duration: 2 Days
Level: Beginner to Intermediate

Learn to create realistic skin trauma including cuts, bruises, burns, lacerations and chemical effects using professional SFX techniques. This course focuses on texture creation, blending and colour detailing for high-impact, realistic results.
Ideal for building strong fundamentals in SFX and understanding how to create believable injury effects for various applications.


2. Bald Cap Application

Duration: 2 Days
Level: Beginner to Intermediate

Master seamless bald cap application, blending and finishing techniques. Learn hair blocking, adhesive control and how to create natural scalp effects along with a complete fantasy character transformation.
This training helps you achieve clean, invisible finishes suitable for both character work and professional shoots.


3. Character Makeup

Duration: 2 Days
Level: Beginner to Intermediate

Develop transformation skills through old age makeup, latex wrinkle creation and facial hair application. Learn to build characters including fantasy looks using prosthetics like horns and ears with professional finishing.
A perfect course to enhance your creativity and ability to design complete character transformations.


4. Flat Mould Prosthetics

Duration: 2 Days
Level: Intermediate

Advance into prosthetic creation with sculpting, mould making and application techniques. Learn to create, cast and blend prosthetic pieces with realistic textures and colour detailing.
This course introduces you to the technical foundation required for professional prosthetic work.


5. Life Casting & Mask Making

Duration: 4 Days
Level: Intermediate to Advanced

Master life casting and full mask creation from concept to completion. Learn sculpting, moulding, casting and finishing techniques to create professional, wearable character masks.
Designed as an advanced program, this course prepares you for high-level prosthetic and character design work.



Workshop Availability

• Workshops are conducted subject to a minimum of two confirmed attendees.
• Limited participants – first come, first serve basis.
• To confirm your seat, a non-refundable advance payment of ₹10,000 is required.
• If the workshop does not meet the minimum requirement, you may opt to join the waiting list by sharing your details, workshop title, and preferred date(s).
• You will be contacted once the minimum number of participants is reached and confirmation can be issued.
• If you have booked and are the sole attendee for a scheduled workshop, you will be informed at least one week prior to the course date.


Additional Information

Do I need to bring anything?
All tools, brushes, and products (including SFX lab materials for practice) will be provided.
Will a model be provided?
Models are not provided. Participants may work on themselves or bring a model for practical sessions.

Where will the training be conducted?
The workshop will be conducted in a state-of-the-art SFX lab in Chennai, fully equipped with professional tools, equipment, and materials required for training.
Is accommodation provided?
Accommodation is not included. Participants travelling from outside Chennai are required to arrange their own stay. Information on nearby accommodation options can be provided upon request.


Certification

A certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the workshop.
