Refunds:

Refund requests must be made by emailing education@kryolan.com no later than 7 days prior to webinar date.
Refunds on kits are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning merchandise.
Eventbrite charges a 7% processing fee that in non-refundable.
Refund requests may not be submitted after the date of the workshop.
